  1. It’s 1 lb of bacon.
  2. You need 2/3 lb of medium sharp cheese.
  3. You need 7 slice of bread.
  4. Prepare 1 dozen of eggs.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  6. You need 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. You need 1 pinch of pepper.
  8. You need 2 1/2 cup of milk.

Mom's Breakfast Casserole instructions

  1. Cut up, brown, and drain bacon; save some grease.
  2. Shred cheese, set aside.
  3. Cube bread, put in bowl, add 1 c milk, leave to soak.
  4. Beat eggs with 1 1/2 c milk, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  5. Scramble eggs in bacon grease, leave very runny.
  6. Add scrambled eggs to bread/milk mixture, blend well.
  7. In buttered 9×12 pan, alternate layers of eggs, bacon, and cheese twice.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
