- Heat butter and oil in pan add cumin seed.. Add chopped onion sauté till soft,then add ginger garlic crushed sauté till raw smells leave, then add all dry ingredients turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam Masala,cumin powder cook till oil separate..
- Then add the tomatoes i also used some from tin tomatoes (optional) cook well. Then use the hand blender and just crush it don’t make it a purée just add little water according to the consistency.. Once cooked add the paneer and peas and cook for while.Add salt to taste.
