Ingredients of Kadai Paneer

  1. It’s of Masala.
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of Coriander Seeds.
  3. You need 4 piece of Dried Red Chillies.
  4. You need of Puree.
  5. It’s 4 piece of Tomato.
  6. It’s 5 piece of Green Chilli.
  7. Prepare of General.
  8. It’s 200 grams of Paneer.
  9. It’s 3 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
  10. You need 2 medium of onion, chopped.
  11. It’s 1 medium of Capsicum.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of Water.
  13. Prepare 1 of Salt.
  14. It’s 1 of Kasuri Methi.
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
  16. It’s 2 tbsp of Cream.
  17. You need of Coriander Leaves.
  18. It’s 1 of Oil.

Kadai Paneer instructions

  1. Heat ingredients for masala in a pan.
  2. Once you get the aroma, remove from heat and put it into a grinder.
  3. Let it cool down and grind mixture to a fine powder.
  4. Cut tomatoes into quarters and add to blender.
  5. Add green chillies to the blender.
  6. Blend to a puree.
  7. Heat oil in cooking vessel and add ginger garlic paste..
  8. Let it cook till pungent smell disappears.
  9. Add finely chopped onions, saute till it turns transparent.
  10. Add the ground coriander/ chilli masala and mix well. Saute for a few minutes.
  11. Add the tomato puree, mix and let it simmer on low flame till oil starts coming out at the sides.
  12. Add finely chopped capsicum and simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  13. Add water and salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
  14. Add Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala and mix well.
  15. Add paneer and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  16. Add cream and mix.
  17. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
